About

At Ease Yoga was founded by Karen Green with the aim of bringing yoga to others lives to maximise their health and wellness.

Karen loves to teach and share her knowledge and bring yoga to others lives.

Karen also specialises in stress and pain management, yoga post- trauma and yoga for the the military and emergency services.

Research into yoga demonstrates that that regular mindfulness and yoga can aid with management of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, insomnia and overall well being. In fact it can improve any aspect of life!

While completing her first teacher training as a Hatha Vinyasa teacher Karen had the opportunity to teach both the active army and veterans being the first yoga teacher in Australia to teach the SAS at Campbell Barracks.

Karen is one of a handful of qualified Warriors at Ease military yoga teachers in Australia and is a fully certified iRest Yoga Nidra meditation teacher.

She was the WA volunteer teacher for Soldier On for four years, also for the Frontline Yoga Foundation.

This led to her being in 2019, one of the founding members of IWI, the Intrinsic Wellness Institute, offering yoga and iRest specific for the military and emergency services in Western Australia.

She is the official Australian affiliate for the US NFP organisation Warriors at Ease and is a C-IAYT, a certified yoga therapist with the International Association for Yoga Therapy, the highest peer reviewed qualification worldwide.

Yoga and Qi Gong  is her life and she loves to share yoga and meditation with others and witness the transformative effect it has on their lives.
